Carved Stone 'Dreamer'

Dreamer is carved from a natural formed beach pebble.

This carved stone is a metamorphosed sedimentary composition which has undergone extreme geological heat and pressure.

Now in a near vitrified state, it is almost as hard as jade, richly embedded with micro crystaline inclusions.

Classified as a 'hard stone' for carving.

5 to 5.5 on the mohs gemstone scale of hardness.)
Diamond tools are the most efficient to work this exceptional stone.
